This table cloth is quite casual, it's like a canvas or denim in feel- there is texture/ lines that I was not expecting for "microfiber" and a more "rugged" appearance than the table it was to go on. It's decently thick and weighty, but the polyester fabric slides easily on both a wood table and over a plastic flat topped bin that I tried it on. It moved under it's own weight if it wasn't equally balanced. A cat jumping on the table made the tablecloth and cat slide off the table, lol. It's like 1970's polyester pants, not a modern "That's polyester?" fabric. Not bad, but not what I wanted or expected. It should last a while as it feels "durable", but not nice and I will use it as a cover and not on the table as intended.If you hover/magnify the "water repellant" picture you can see the texture and judge for yourself.This tablecloth looks expensive but it’s really not covers my large dining room table very easy to remove and throw in the washer perfect for holiday get together‘s or even every day use does not collect pet hair and a little bit that may accumulate on it you can grab it with a sticky roller. Very easy to spot clean if neededLove the vivid bright color! The quality of this tablecloth is very nice! Excited to use this for the holiday season!This table quality is exactly like described, it's just a black table cloth that fits a rectangular table waterproof nice fabric cool selection.
