I absolutely love it! The con would be the head rest it continues to fall while my client is laying downFor therapy and exercisingI got this table to do a variety of things and it has yet to fail me. This is just for use at my house with my immediate family, so I can't speak to how it would work if you plan to use it daily for business/traveling. That being said, everything arrived new and in good working order. The armrests that attach to the sides of the table are flimsy and do not seem they would hold up to daily use. The armrest included that hangs from the headrest is also cheaply made but seems like it would hold up longer because there is less chance that someone would use it to position themselves on the table and accidentally break it. The head/face rest seems more solid and will likely hold up just as well as the table. The table itself is well constructed, and functions as advertised and is solid enough to support a (280lb linebacker,-my kid) and is comfortable enough to lie on for an extended period. Again, this seems like it will hold up to light use for our purposes at home. I'm pleased with it, but this is what I was looking for, an entry level product that stores easily, and it didn't hit our wallet too hard. Our backs are thanking us! Hope this helps.I loved it
