We purchased this table and after putting it together, found some small damage to the top shelf. I contacted the seller and within a few hours they got back to me and gave me the option of replacing the shelf or a refund for cost of shelf. I requested a new shelf. They then let me know the shelf wasn't currently in stock and they were just going to send me a whole new table and to keep the current table I had. This all happened within 48 hours after receiving the original table I ordered. I received an email that the new table had shipped and it arrived a few days later without any damage this time. So now I have 2 new console tables for the price of one and a plant covering the damage on the original tabletop. I was in contact with Mily from customer service and she was probably the best rep I have ever worked with! As for the table, I am very happy with it. It's sturdy, attractive, and looks great in 2 rooms of my house.This table exceeded my expectations for value and sturdiness. Was very easy to assemble and looks so nice under a window that is just as long as the table. Great place to display pics and stuff. The shelves are not flimsy fiberboard that breaks easy. Not a scratch on it when it was delivered. Looks likes a much more expensive piece of furniture than what I paid for it.Overall, great product. The table is quite sturdy, has a pleasant look, and was a breeze to assemble. The table came with extra bolts which is always appreciated. I would have liked to see some felt adhesive pads included but I had some on hand so it worked out.The frame is very solid but the finishing on the metal is not the highest quality. I noticed several rough patches in the black coating and rust around the weld joints. I understand the price point that this product is in but I expected a bit better quality on that.The exterior packaging was quite damaged on arrival but I noticed no travel damages on the product when unpacking. Be wary when ordering if you receive your packages through USPS. They refused to deliver this product twice without reason until I went into their office and they told me it was too heavy for one person. It is not too heavy for a single person.We bought this for our son's new home to put in the entry. Looks great! Fairly easy to put together and very sturdy.I bought this to use as a tv stand and it is great! Very attractive and easy to assemble.sturdy and easy to assemble.Sturdy and easy to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily all the pieces fit together since these things don’t always fit together that great.Even better, customer service followed up to ensure I received the new hardware and to confirm there were no additional issues.FIVE STARS.
